Maxwell, she said, enforced strict silence, leaving employees like Farmer powerless to intervene.

Juan Alessi, Epstein’s house manager from 1991 to 2002, corroborated the pattern. He described a 30-page manual from Maxwell that mandated: “See nothing, hear nothing, say nothing.” Alessi testified that Epstein received multiple massages daily, mostly from young women, and he often discovered sex toys in the rooms afterward.
