Teenage Girls Led Upstairs for Hours-Long “Massages”—Housekeeper Witnessed It All in Silence

In the 2021 federal trial of Ghislaine Maxwell, former Epstein staff members provided chilling accounts of daily life inside the financier’s Palm Beach mansion, where teenage girls were routinely brought for what were described as “massages.” Maria Farmer, an artist who briefly worked for Epstein in the mid-1990s, testified about standing in the shadows of the hallway, witnessing girls as young as 13 being escorted upstairs for sessions that lasted hours, their expressions drained and distant. Maxwell, she said, enforced strict silence, leaving employees like Farmer powerless to intervene.

Juan Alessi, Epstein’s house manager from 1991 to 2002, corroborated the pattern. He described a 30-page manual from Maxwell that mandated: “See nothing, hear nothing, say nothing.” Alessi testified that Epstein received multiple massages daily, mostly from young women, and he often discovered sex toys in the rooms afterward. He also recalled driving girls—including accuser “Jane” and Virginia Giuffre—to the property repeatedly, sometimes seeing them board Epstein’s private jet with Maxwell.

Pilots Larry Visoski and David Rodgers added context through flight logs spanning decades. Visoski, who flew for Epstein from 1991 to 2019, described Maxwell as “number two” in the hierarchy, managing staff and properties. Rodgers confirmed ferrying the same young women repeatedly across states and internationally, with Maxwell often aboard. Though neither reported witnessing misconduct on flights, the frequency of certain passengers raised alarms.

Cash was a key control mechanism. Alessi testified that $100 bills were kept in every car, and girls frequently left with envelopes after sessions. Another witness described driving girls to the mansion, waiting an hour, then seeing them emerge with cash—sometimes exchanged at gas stations for smaller bills.

The testimonies paint a picture of a system where vulnerable teens were recruited with promises of money, then drawn deeper. Maxwell allegedly played a central role in grooming and scheduling. While staff saw only pieces, the fragments suggest a well-oiled operation shielded by NDAs and fear.
