“It’s kind of disappointing to see that our own Department of Justice is trying to continue to gaslight us,” Roberts said, joined by his wife Amanda. He accused Attorney General Pam Bondi of deliberately manipulating survivors’ hopes, withholding thousands of pages and obscuring critical details with black bars. Giuffre, who died by suicide in April 2025 after years of courageously exposing Epstein’s network, would have been heartbroken by this betrayal, Roberts implied.
The bipartisan Epstein Files Transparency Act, co-authored by Reps.
